Four new actors are set to join the rest of the True Blood cast on set for the latest season of HBO’s wildly popular Vampire series.
Deadline reports that Hawthorne actress Christina Moore and “Neil Hopkins (a.k.a. Charlie’s brother Liam on Lost),” are both on their way to Bon Temps.
Moore will play Suzanne McKittrick, a “Texas housewife who possesses certain special abilities”. Hopkins will portray Claude, Claudine’s (Lara Pulver) “mysterious brother” and Butler is Emory, “a prissy and conservative shapeshifter.”
Actress Rebecca Wisocky and actor Dane DeHaan also signed the dotted line to appear on HBO’s True Blood, Season 4. “Wisocky (90210) will play Queen Mab, who is described as an elegant beauty who presides over a fantasy land and also has a temper.” While blue-eyed DeHaan has been cast as “Timbo, one of the teens Jason (Ryan Kwanten) takes care of in Hotshot.” DeHaan is from another HBO series. He portrays Jesse D’Amato on Season 3 of In Treatment.
The fourth season will be loosely based on the fourth novel in The Southern Vampire Mysteries series and is slated to premiere Summer 2011.

Aww, don’t give up that easily! At least give this season’s premiere a watching. You never know which direction they might take it in.
I don’t think I’ll be tuning in this season. It’s a cool show when they focus on the main characters, but I’ve had enough of Tara and her crying.
