Last week HBO debuted its newest documentary series, VICE which covers hot button issues in exotic and often dangerous locales around the world. One of the founders of VICE publishing, Shane Smith made his way to the Colbert show last night to discuss his new venture with HBO and to debate the finer points of modern journalism with the mock-news host:
