Casis a quick look at who they are and who they play and how they may fit into the storyline of the amusement park that turned quickly into chaos. Are they trapped and frightened Guests, injured but determined Staff or Hosts with new and deadly programming?

Katja Herbers (pictured) joins the cast as a series regular in the second season. She has been in an HBO drama before as recently as the final season of THE LEFTOVERS. There she played Dr. Eden in three episodes. In WESTWORLD is will be featured as Grace, a frequent Guest who has clearly picked the wrong time to return to the park. What crucial developments will she be a part of?

Keep in mind with Herbers and the other actors mentioned here that a full detailed biography of their characters is not offered. Instead, they are just simple sentence lines hinting to their characters purpose. Also joining the cast are Neil Jackson and Jonathan Tucker. Jackson (Sleepy Hollow) appears as Nicholas, a charming, resourceful man who finds himself in uncharted territory. Is he a Guest accompanying Grace in a plotline? Also in a recurring role is Tucker as Major Craddock, a commanding military officer. So, the armed forces are called in to contain the Hosts? How exciting that could be.

People_HiroyukiSanada-240x300Lastly, we have Hiroyuki Sanada (pictured) joining the cast. Now, I don’t want to stereotype the actor, but he is playing a character named Musashi and can’t help but wonder if he is a Host from Samurai World, which has been hinted at.

These actors join Talulah Riley and Louis Herthum, both you have been upgraded as regulars. Also in the cast are Ed Harris, Evan Rachel Wood, James Marsden, Thandie Newton, Jeffrey Wright, Tessa Thompson, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Jimmi Simpson, Rodrigo Santoro, Shannon Woodward, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Ben Barnes, Simon Quarterman, Angela Sarafyan, Luke Hemsworth and Clifton Collins Jr.

More news is forthcoming as the series returns in 2018.
