Silicon_valley_title-300x169SILICON VALLEY returns for its ten-episode second season SUNDAY, APRIL 12 at 10:00pm. Mike Judge (Office Space, King of the Hill) brings his irreverent brand of humor once again to HBO in this Emmy and Golden Globe-nominated comedy series, which looks at the modern-day epicenter of the high-tech gold rush, where the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success.

You remember all about this one, right? Richard Hendricks is sitting on a cool unique music app called “Pied Piper” while at a company called Hooli. It is a hot concept that rival honchos want a piece of and Hendricks has a choice to make. He chooses Peter Gregory buying into the project as opposed to selling out to the big company and they are off and running. That, of course, led to the TechCrunch Disrupt competition for startup money. They are in danger of losing the battle until the desperate team’s ranting of their “tip to tip efficiency” spiel inspires Richard to tweak his concept and take the prize.

We know that was a real simple breakdown of Season One. Maybe, this found clip will help.

What is next for the VALLEY gang? Unfortunately, we don’t have a clue. It looks like they should be riding high after their big win, but you can be sure that can’t last for long in the highly competitive tech community. You can also expect that creator Mike Judge will try to employ the latest tech into the series. Season One debuted on 04.06.14 and ran for eight episodes and went on to be nominated for Outstanding Comedy at the Primetime Emmys. The upcoming Season Two, airing right after GAME OF THRONES, has been bumped up to ten episodes and is nominated for a 2015 Golden Globe for Best Comedy. We will release more information as it comes available.
