Amidst the aftermath of the season finale of Boardwalk Empire tonight at 9PM on HBO, a new series starring Dustin Hoffman and Nick Nolte will premiere on everyone’s favorite premium cable network. Make sure you set your DVRs to record the 10PM-11PM hour after Boardwalk Empire this Sunday night. That way, if you’re too tired and emotionally exhausted from the drama that’s sure to go down in Atlantic City that night you’ll at least be able to catch the premiere of Luck later in the week.

We aren’t sure if HBO is planning to feature the show On Demand or HBOGo so be sure you’re either watching Luck, episode 1 live or record it for later! Otherwise, the show premieres formally on January 29th, 2012.
