Hey, I guess we owe you a look at the Season Two finale of the off-beat spooky little show LOS ESPOOKYS? Well, of course, everything resolves in some quirky form or fashion thus keeping to the true nature of the show. So, that means one last case for the team, a resolve to Andreas’ dilemma as well as one for Renaldo’s mystery.
First, a look at the team’s big assignment. They have been asked to have a hand in Mayor Lobos’ run for El Presidente. Yikes! They are behind this bimbo? They have a big ask in front of them. In order to distract the crowds, for, of course, a lame-brained reason, the team needs to create a solar eclipse on a bright, big sunny day. Naturally, they pull it off for not only the crowd in attendance at the final rally but across the city as well as the populace rushes inside to watch the eclipse on TV as opposed to watching it outside. Oh, boy! Yes, they pull it off, impacting the silly election of which Lobos wins.
Another factor that helped her was that her opponent was caught in a scandal. It seems he had something to do with the mystery surrounding the beauty queen that has been haunting Renaldo. It appears she wasn’t dead after all. Yeah, it was weak, a letdown of a resolve but Renaldo comes out a changed man on the other side. He becomes more confident which is good. Also ending up for the better is Andreas.
He has been on the outs all season. Losing places to live, losing lovers & friends. The icing on the cake was when Moon would not help him with the eclipse. She complained it was all too much red 
tape to get it to happen, but the fact that that friendship was abused was more the reason why. The shallow Andreas has a moment of self-reflection and advice from Tico before he rallies and comes back into himself. All is forgiven, he falls back into wealth and life is good. The team as a whole has grown, as a result. Ursula has made a difference, Andreas is back in balance, Renaldo is headstrong and Tati is well, Tati.
What awaits? Is there a Season Three? Only one scene propels us forward on what could be next. It seems Tati is awful protective of her purse. It seems it is the hiding place for something very secret for Tati. There is no way we should try to figure out just what that is because (Ha!) we’re talking about Tati. Well, until next time.
