girls14_88_thIt appears that Jemima Kirke did a no-no on the streets of New York City recently, but actually she is seen as her GIRLS character Jessa Johansson in this photo taken for The New York Daily News.  Apparently the image is a photo shot during a location rehearsal or during actual filming of a scene involving the troubled young lady.

It should be no surprise to followers of Hannah Horvath and friends that Jessa has a run-in with the law. Since the Miss has settled in NYC she’s been displaying less than desirable behavior with her short marriage, fake pregnancy, drug issues and all. In fact, the last time we saw her at the end of last season she was going to assist Bedelia with her suicide. Oh, Jessa! But still she remains one of our favorite GIRLS.

Now we have a long time to ponder what happens to prompt her being arrested as Season 4, we assume, doesn’t appear until Winter of 2015.

In other GIRLS news Marin Ireland joins the cast. You might have seen her in Homeland, but now takes on a recurring role in the Lena Dunham comedy. She is said to People_MarinIrelandplay Logan, a rich, sexy and beautiful classmate of Hannah’s at the writer’s workshop. Miss Ireland will join Desiree Akhavan and Peter Mark Kendall who have also taken on to play students at Iowa Writer’s Workshop.

If you recall in the 12th episode of Season Three, “Two Plane Rides” Hannah gets a acceptance letter from the University of Iowa to enroll in the workshop. It is never confirmed that she was going to do it before the episode’s end, but it is evident now that she will be attending it in Season 4. Undoubtedly Hannah will have interaction with others there; good or bad ones remain to be seen. Again, GIRLS fans will have to wait until January ’15 for those answers.
