As predicted, like clockwork, HBO picked up more Golden Globe nominations than any other television network this year. With shows like True Detective, Girls and Game of Thrones on the roster this time around there was no doubt HBO would be a big contender at the awards ceremony yet again in 2015. 3 nominations for “The Normal Heart,” including Best Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television, Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television (Mark Ruffalo) and Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television (Matt Bomer).
