Killing off the most Charismatic actor along with the woman who gave a barely plausible excuse to run girl-girl love scenes does not sound like a scenario to guarantee an extended run. Some of the press seems to indicate that Michael Pitt was “difficult to manage” but, on screen, he was even more interesting as a figure than Nucky.
Can’t wait for Boardwalk Empire to return… I hope that before next week’s episode of True Blood they will run a new trailer. It would be 8 weeks almost to the day of a return of the series and True Blood has a big audience, perfect time to start reeling Boardwalk fans in for next season.
Always look forward to the signature shows when they return. I hope many are anticipating B EMPIRE and TREME returning in Sept.
and reading interesting articles about both here on HBOWatch.
I got an article in the works myself.
Yeah this site has a disticnt lack of Boardwalk Empire feature articles. If anyone is interested in writing about BWE please check out the write for us link! We’ll always cover the news but I’d love to hear people’s speculation on the new season, complaints about certain people dying or not dying, hottest women of the 20’s etc. We won’t forget about you Boardwalk fans!
