Mark Whalberg isn’t just the talented actor from Boogie Nights, he also happens to produce HBO’s Entourage. Not only that but the show is said to be more or less a mirror of his life in Hollywood. This week he set the record straight in an interview with GQ Magazine about the possible Entourage Feature Film that several cast members have already confirmed to be happening:
“Oh, no, that’s definitely something that we’re actively trying to put together. We’re just waiting for [series creator] Doug [Ellin] to write the script.” the man formerly known as Marky Mark confirmed, also going on to share that the idea had always been a part of the plan. “People were complaining that episodes were too short.”
But what would a full length feature Entourage film look like on the big screen? “I think a 90-minute movie of sheer craziness—the guys getting back to just being about the guys, you know? Lose the ladies. Go crazy. Give people what they want.”
Hopefully we’ll at least see Emmanuelle Chriqui in a few scenes. Her departure would be devastating to men everywhere. Are you excited for the Entourage Feature Film? Do you long for one more trip down memory lane with the boys? Leav a comment below with your thoughts. Get ready to lose the ladies and go crazy. We’ll have a release date as soon as it’s been announced.
