Three HBO Season Finales to air this Sunday

This weekend is going to be a bitter-sweet symphony of emotion as three of HBO’s biggest series end their seasons this Sunday night.  First up at 9 o’clock is the season 4 finale of True Blood.  This season brought with it fairies and witches and has taken the role of werewolves to the next level.  War has come to Bon Temps and although last Sunday’s episode made it seem as though all is well in the sleepy Louisiana town, the following preview dispels any such thoughts:

It seems like only yesterday we were speculating on whether or not there would even be another season of Curb Your Enthusiasm after the epic ‘Seinfeld Reunion Show’ run last year.  But now we’re anticipating the final episode of season 9, featuring Micheal J Fox.  Will Larry grace us with a 10th season?  Take a look at the preview for Sunday nights season finale:

And finally, if you’re still awake at 10:30 on a Sunday night (which I’m sure you will be!) Entourage takes a final bow with it’s series finale.  Hollywood will never be the same and I don’t think I’m the only one who’ll miss these guys.  We can’t wait to see you on the big screen in a couple of years!  So spark it up one last time with the guys!

It’s been a long hot summer for HBO fans and we’re all sorry to see our favorite shows go for another year but fear not! Boardwalk Empire returns to HBO on September 25th, Hung and How to make it in America on October 2nd, Real Time with Bill Maher returns on September 16th and a new series, Enlightened premieres October 10th. As always HBO offers the latest movies and original documentaries as well. It’s a great time to be an HBO subscriber!
