The Newsroom Season 3 Gets a Premiere Date

By Jacob Klein on Sep 9, 2014 to Featured Post, The Newsroom Trailers

UPDATE: November 9th at 9PM is the official start date for The Newsroom Season 3!

We’d been waiting and waiting for final confirmation of The Newsroom season 3 and a possible air date. HBO didn’t let us down this week as they revealed a NOVEMBER premiere window for the series.

We predicted as much earlier today with this tweet:

In a teaser trailer that showed very little of the actual show an air date finall emerged. We expect it to air alongside Getting On season 2.

This WILL be the final season of The Newsroom so make sure you’re there to pay your respects to Will and the gang.

Are you glad to see it go? Or are you left wanting more?

I’m tired of everyone blaming HBO. Sorkin is the one bailing out.

Why would you drop one of the best shows on television? I thought HBO was much smarter than this! Boooooo I love this show and have been anxiously waiting for season 3, four, five etc!

I liked the way this tease was presented via script pages on the copier. It looks like something serious will be going down before this series goes down.

I’m looking forward to season 3 of “The Newsroom” in November. There will be only six episodes.

Oh I actually forgot about that… That’s actually really disappointing, and I was already sad about it being the last season.

Disappointed they couldnt put political agenda behind and continue the series. Difficult to continue with nothing positive to promote about the current administration. When they realized how bad things were getting and couldn’t put a positive spin on it without altering the facts the series could go on and be realistic.
