On Fox News this weekend Sarah Palin had a few things to say about HBO’s upcoming Game Change, a new film starring Julianne Moore, Woody Harrelson and Ed Harris focusing on the republican ticket in the 2008 presidential election.
“I think we’re going to call that the ‘Sarah Palin Employment Act,’” she said. “You need to thank me to employing more people in their imitations of Sarah Palin than the president has put Americans to work. It is a stimulus act, goodness gracious.”
She encouraged others not to watch the controversial film saying, “I am ambivalent about it. I honestly will not waste my time watching it and I encourage others to find something else more productive to do.”
We doubt she’ll be able to resist watching an entire multi-million dollar film about herself starring three major actors but here’s the video clip of Governor Palin on Fox News:
We doubt this makes anyone less likely to tune in to HBO for the premiere of Game Change on March 10th. In fact HBOWatch suspects that reactions like these will only boost the ratings for this new film. If you haven’t seen the latest 2 minute trailer for Game Change give it a watch and we’re pretty sure you’ll be hooked.
HBOWatch has been invited to a special premiere of Game Change to take place March 2nd in Seattle. We will be posting a full recap of the event as well as a review the film early the following week so be sure to check back then!
