McBride’s VICE PRINIPALS Has Major Casting Call

HBOWatch brings this news, about VICE PRINCIPALS to your attention not so much to get you to go audition for the upcoming comedic series for HBO, but to alert you that the series is filming. Who knows, it could still make it to the schedule before the end of the year or perhaps replace LOOKING at the start of next.

The site Project Casting has listed a long line of extras and stand-ins that they need down on the set in Charleston, South Carolina. Now you would think that they’d need a whole school full of extras being that the show takes place in a high school, but that is just one casting call they list.

New HBO show VICE PRINCIPALS -We will need A LOT of Extras for filming on this show. Adults, Teens -All Ages, All Ethnicities and All Types.

We will be filming a lot of our School scenes on Sundays until the school year ends -so if you or if you a have Teen interested -SIGN THEM UP ASAP! We start filming very soon in the Charleston area.

They are also asking for Asians, Native Americans and, catch this, Colonial Williamsburg types, or basically reenactors, to submit photos. Filming in Charleston will be shot in May and June. So, again it appears the show is well underway. McBride, via a prior clip, informed us production was about to get underway back in March. That was probably for a lot of interior shots and now that the weather is nicer and a cooperative high school is onboard exterior shots around the high school grounds and such will be shot. All that is just freaking guesswork because what do I know about television production.

HBOWatch, from time to time canvasses production casting calls sites to find out information such as the mentioned in hopes of finding out any news from an upcoming series like VICE PRINCIPALS or hints about HBO pilots and the like. Though they may not offer vital news for most it at least validates that a show is in production.
