HBO Confirms Several Fall Premire Dates

boardwalk-empire-20100915112904337_640w-300x199HBO has confirmed several fall release dates for it’s returning original programs including Boardwalk Empire, Hung and How to Make it in America.  Boardwalk Empire will return for it’s season 2 on Sunday, September 25th at 9PM while Hung launches it’s third season on the following Sunday, October 2nd at 10PM.

How to Make it in America also begins its eight-episode second season on October 2nd.  The comedy series follows two enterprising twenty somethings as they hustle their way through New York City, determined to achieve the American Dream by making a name for themselves in the competitive fashion scene.

Bored to Death’s third season and HBO’s new series, Enlightened debut on Monday, October 10th starting at 9PM as well.  Enlightened, blending comedy and drama, the show focuses on a self-destructive woman who has a spiritual awakening after a meltdown.  Though determined to live a more enlightened existence, the former career executive finds her new lifestyle wreaks havoc both at home and at work.  Laura Dern stars in the series, which she executive produces along with Mike White (“Year of the Dog”), who also appears in the show.
