A new teaser trailer for the upcoming season of Game of Thrones was released today. This one features a three-eyed raven flying around New York with the “Rains of Castamere” being played in the background. Doesn’t make too much sense, but here you go.

There’s supposed to be an “Invitation to the Set” video coming out on Jan. 21st. We’ll definitely be updated everyone with that one as soon as it’s released.

@Cian Gaffney – Congratulations and Appreciation on your writing – I do not care where the bird was flying – I am going to try saving that video – I love Ravens – I gave one most of the ham from my sandwich while on holiday – I was told they were vicious – birds of evil – but the was a beauty – and very gentle – only the two regular eyes had he – but they were beady and bright too

Perhaps the teaser trailer could’ve included the three eyed raven flying across international areas…showing off medieval castles (as in England, France, Ireland) and on to other parts of the world. Maybe showing some dark forests, vacant fields, misty mountain tops and fields where you see bodies strewn about. That way it gives all the viewers something creepy and eerie to think about! I can’t wait to see the longer trailer on January 21! :)

It’s not just New York…but I think the most important things to take from it (and I agree that it’s quite odd), are the inclusion of the three eyed raven and The Rains of Castamere.

Didn’t seem to have much to do with GoT, did it?
