Real-Time-Bill-Maher-Ratings-300x225REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER continues its tenth season FRIDAY, SEPT. 7 (10:00-11:00 p.m. live ET/tape-delayed PT), exclusively on HBO.  Allowing Maher to offer his unique perspective on contemporary issues, the show includes an opening monologue, roundtable discussions with panelists, and interviewswith in-studio and satellite guests. Fans have been waiting to hear his thoughts on the DNC and RNC convetions going on right now and Friday night will prove a perfect time for he and his guests to offer comment.

Last week Real Time with Bill Maher pulled in the most viewers it’s seen since 2004 reaching over 2 million HBO subscribers. In the heat of this political season how big will the audience be this week? Will you be part of it? Tune in at 10p this Friday for all the fireworks.

Roundtable guests this week are political strategist Steve Schmidt, Politico co-founder Jim VandeHei and Katrina vanden Heuvel, editor of The Nation; former Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell and David Simon, creator of “The Wire” and co-creator of “Treme,” are interview guests.

Love Real Time and Bill Maher’s comedic timing.Smart and funny.I think HBO is a very relevent venue.

Wow finally has ratings via insults and trash talk. Typical Liberal tactic. HBO used to have a resemblance of class. Should have cancelled this program 7 years ago. He was not relevant then and he is even less relevant now.

Bill spews intolerance and hatred thinly disguised as comedy.

At least Jon Stewart and Steve Colbert are funny and are skilled in the comedic arts. Way above how any reasonable person would gauge Bill’s comedic talents, or lack there of.

Compared to other talk shows like this– Real Time is much more entertaining, smart and digs deeper.

It would be tough to watch if I wasn’t already in agreement with Bill on most issues but the world needs more challenging television like this.
