The 31st Annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, presented by Klipsch Audio, will take place on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York for the second time. The 2016 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Performer Inductees were chosen by more than 800 voters of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, as well as the aggregate results of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s online fan vote. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio, will also open a special exhibit on the 2016 Inductees in conjunction with the 2016 Induction Ceremony.

HBO has confirmed the debut date for the 2016 ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY, with the special scheduled to debut SATURDAY, APRIL 30 at 8:00pm. The filmed event is produced by Playtone and Line By Line Productions. No word yet on who will have the honors of inducting this year’s recipients or who will be performing but you can be sure we will hear tunes like “I Want you To Want Me,” “Saturday In The Park,” “Smoke On The Water,” “Fuck tha Police” and “Fly Like An Eagle.” Bert Burns was a record producer in the 1960’s for such tunes as “Twist and Shout” and “Under the Boardwalk” so we will hear those tunes too. Get ready to jam.
